TRAINND Southeast strengthens North Dakota’s workforce by providing high-quality, customized training opportunities to more than 13,000 employers across the state. Our mission is to help organizations build the skills they need to stay competitive in a rapidly evolving global marketplace.

We partner directly with employers to design training solutions tailored to their goals, challenges, and industry needs. Our programs span a broad range of professional, technical, and leadership development areas, including:

• Technical & Software Training: AutoCAD Essentials, Business Intelligence, Dashboard in a Day, Microsoft Office, Adobe, Web Design Basics, and Virtual Meeting Tools
• Professional & Leadership Development: Business leadership training, sales, communication, and essential soft skills
• Healthcare Training: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Transportation & Safety Training: CDL training with additional endorsements, Hazmat training, and customized programs for experienced drivers
• Skilled Trades & Apprenticeships: Carpentry, electrical, fiber optics and cabling, HVAC, machining, plumbing, and welding
