In 2026, Fair Hills Resort celebrates 100 years under the warm hospitality of the Kaldahl family. While the resort itself dates back more than a century, this milestone marks the 100th anniversary of the Fair Hills we all know and love today — a place built on tradition, family, and the simple joy of being together. 

Open each year from May through September, Fair Hills Resort is where family traditions come to life on the shores of Pelican Lake. For ten unforgettable weeks each summer, we welcome guests to an all-inclusive experience complete with three delicious meals a day, endless lake adventures, and supervised recreation for all ages. Beyond those weeks, Fair Hills also hosts conferences, retreats, weddings, and special events throughout the season — all set against a backdrop of timeless Northwoods beauty.

But Fair Hills is more than a vacation destination — it’s a vacation family. From the moment you arrive, you’ll feel at home among friends, whether you’ve been coming for generations or it’s your first visit. Guests return year after year for the laughter around the dinner table, the friendly competition on the tennis courts, the sparkle of the lake at sunset, and of course, the much-loved Fair Hills Hootenanny.
