Community Living Services, Inc. (CLS) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting people with disabilities in living meaningful, self-directed lives within their communities. CLS provides a wide range of person-centered services, including residential support, employment services, in-home support, independent living services, and community engagement opportunities.

At CLS, we believe every person deserves the opportunity to make choices, build relationships, pursue goals, and participate fully in community life. Our team works alongside people supported, families, and community partners to promote independence, dignity, inclusion, and quality of life.

CLS currently supports more than 400 people across all departments and employs more than 275 staff throughout the region. The organization has proudly served the community since 1980 through compassionate support, innovative programming, and a strong commitment to person-centered practices.
