About
Founded in 1956, the Building Industry Association of the Red River Valley (formerly Home Builders Association of Fargo-Moorhead) is a nonprofit trade organization and the largest local builders association affiliated with the National Association of Home Builders in North Dakota and Minnesota. The BIA's efforts focus on advocating for a strong building and remodeling industry and supports the interests of its members which are located throughout Cass (ND) and Clay (MN) counties and beyond. The association hosts the Red River Valley Home & Garden Show, Spring Parade of Homes, Fall Parade of Homes and partners closely with its charitable arm, Home Builders Care of Fargo-Moorhead Foundation to provide scholarships and give back to the community through projects. Active BIA members may also be eligible for coverage through the Building Industry Health Plan of the Red River Valley.
