Ahead of the event, reflect on what you want to explore. Are you seeking perspective on career direction, leadership growth, navigating a transition or learning from women who have been in similar roles or moments as you?

2. Choose your conversations

Prior to the event, you’ll receive a digital booklet featuring the women of influence participating in Intentional Collisions, along with background information and areas of insight.

The experience is most valuable when conversations are chosen intentionally. Review the booklet in advance, print the handout (we’ll let you know when it’s available) and mark the women you’d like to connect with based on experience, background and perspective.

3. Rotate and expand your network

Throughout the event, you’ll engage in multiple focused conversations, allowing you to learn from a range of leaders and expand your network beyond your usual circles. Each collision lasts 8 minutes, giving you time to connect with up to 8 women during the experience.

4. Leave with insight and connection

You’ll walk away with new perspectives, practical advice and authentic connections. While this is a one-time, intentional connection experience—not a long-term mentor match—the conversations are designed to spark clarity, confidence and inspiration that can influence what comes next in your journey.
