With over 20 years of executive experience across technology and nonprofit sectors, she recently stepped into her dream role as President & CEO of United Way of Cass-Clay. Sandi brings a rare mix of strategic vision, operational know-how, and a heart for community that inspires action.

Her career journey includes leadership roles at OmniByte, Advantage Payment Services, Eide Bailly, and Microsoft, where she championed campus operations and community programs. Known for her collaborative spirit and values-driven leadership, Sandi thrives on building partnerships that spark innovation and create spaces where people feel connected and empowered to make a difference.

Armed with degrees in Education, Leadership, and Business Administration, Sandi is a lifelong learner who believes in leading with purpose. Outside of work, she and her husband Perry (married for 29 years) love cheering on their two grown married children, golfing, cooking, and finding new ways to give back to the community they call home.
