Description

The Workforce Forum will be a comprehensive exploration of strategies to meet the workforce needs of our region. This event will provide an introductory overview of the economic factors and future-focused rationale of inclusionary practices and outreach efforts. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of Human Resources processes, local community resources and the role of non-profit agencies and industry partners in addressing workforce challenges. The Workforce Forum will also offer valuable insights into the regional workforce landscape, including data on gaps and needs. Attendees also will have dedicated time to connect and network with like-minded professionals dedicated to enhancing regional workforce outcomes.
