Join us for Vulnerability is a Superpower, a candid and inspiring event to hear 6 women share personal and professional stories about the moments that challenged them, changed them, and ultimately made them stronger. Together, we'll explore what it really means to be vulnerable and how embracing our authentic experiences can build confidence, deepen connections, and strengthen our leadership.

Through powerful firsthand stories, you'll hear about moments of uncertainty, resilience, courage, and growth. From stepping into confidence and owning a mistake publicly to overcoming personal or professional setbacks, each story reveals how vulnerability can become a catalyst for transformation.

Women Connect is one of The Chamber’s monthly event programs designed to support the growth and development of professional women. Sessions are held on the fourth Tuesday of each month from 3:30 to 5 p.m. Doors open at 2:30 p.m. so there is time for optional networking. 

Each event features inspiring speakers covering topics relevant to women in the modern workplace. Beyond inspiration and education, attendees can network with peers and local leaders while indulging in delicious desserts and enriching their personal and professional growth.
