The Pulse of What’s Next: Conversations That Move Our Community Forward

The Pulse has brought our community together for bold, forward-thinking conversations on the issues shaping our region, from workforce and education to leadership and civic engagement. Now, we’re turning the focus toward the future, how we can continue building on that momentum and how you can be a part of it.

Be among the first to see how The Chamber is evolving the way it connects, convenes and drives dialogue. Your perspective has shaped past conversations, and now you can see how it’s guiding the future of member engagement and community impact.

Join us for The Pulse of What’s Next, a candid conversation focused on the evolving needs of the Fargo-Moorhead-West Fargo community and how The Chamber is stepping up to lead and convene essential discussions.

What to expect:

  • A fireside chat with local leaders on what’s driving community progress, from intentional partnerships to bold initiatives and leadership that inspires impact.
  • Insights from Sandi Piatz, President and CEO of the United Way of Cass-Clay and 2020-2021 Chamber Board Chair, reflecting on her experience with The Chamber and her vision for collaboration at United Way.
  • Perspective from Tiffany Lawrence, President and CEO of Sanford Health and 2026 Chamber Board Chair, on leadership, community collaboration and The Chamber’s vision for the future.
  • A first look at how The Chamber will carry the foundation of The Pulse forward, embedding meaningful dialogue and engagement across programs.
  • Opportunities to provide your input through interactive Pulse Checks, keeping your voice at the forefront of The Chamber’s work

While this event marks the final installment of The Pulse, it also signals a new chapter where we are building on its legacy to create intentional, member-driven opportunities that strengthen our community and region.
