Ready to help newcomers feel at home? This short and engaging orientation will give you everything you need to jump in as an Icebreaker! We’ll cover the basics of the Icebreakers/Concierge Program, share fun tips for making meaningful connections, and walk through expectations when you're contacted by a newcomer. It’s casual, interactive, and a great chance to meet fellow Icebreakers who are just as passionate about welcoming others. Whether you’re brand new or just need a refresher, we’d love to have you join us!
