Formerly known as the Diversity Job Fair, the Community Job Fair continues to grow and evolve. Presented by Rural MN CEP and Community Partners, we are the largest Job Fair in Moorhead. That said, we have continued to hold true to our roots, remembering that all are welcome. Inviting top employers from across the region, as well as community resources, we strive to include as much of the community as possible. For employers, this is your chance to meet a variety of qualified candidates in one afternoon. We hope you’ll join us for this event – whether in-person or online!

Includes one table, two chairs, free wifi and light refreshments

Additional Opportunity
During the Community Job Fair on May 14, IgniteFMWF will host a supplemental component to the event by offering businesses the opportunity to feature their booths virtually. IgniteFMWF is an online platform that links job recruitment, skill-building and career navigation into one collaborative site. Businesses who plan to attend the event in person are still welcome to create their free account and sign up for this extended exposure opportunity to connect with additional job seekers online. Follow the instructions below to create your IgniteFMWF account and virtual job fair booth. 

Create a business profile on IgniteFMWF:
1. Head to ignitefmwf.com.
2. Select sign in / sign up in the top right corner.
3. Select "register now" and then "create a business" from there.
4. Fill out the fields and hit submit, it will go through for approval immediately!

Register for the IgniteFMWF online Community Job Fair:
1. Login to your account at ignitefmwf.com.
2. On the top dashboard, select "manage event booths."
3. Select Virtual Diversity Job Fair from the drop-down menu.
4. Fill out the info for your booth, and add as much detail and personality as you'd like.
5. Submit for approval!
