Join us for a timely and insightful virtual Legislative Agriculture/Agribusiness Update Panel, co-hosted by Next Gen Ag and the Fargo Moorhead West Fargo Chamber Agribusiness Committee. 

This morning convening (8 - 9:15 a.m.) will bring together legislators from Minnesota and North Dakota to discuss the outcomes of the most recent legislative sessions and the policy conversations still unfolding. During this moderated conversation, we’ll explore how state-level decisions are shaping the future of agriculture in our region—highlighting wins, challenges, and priorities that matter most to producers, agri-businesses, and our communities. Questions and interaction will be encouraged by attendees.

Topics include: 

• Highlights from the 2025 legislative sessions in Minnesota and North Dakota
• Key agriculture-related funding decisions, regulations, and policy shifts
• What’s still on the table in upcoming sessions
