Women Connect is one of The Chamber’s monthly event programs designed to support the growth and development of professional women. Sessions are held on the fourth Tuesday of each month from 3:30 to 5 p.m. Doors open at 3 p.m., with time for optional networking. 

There comes a point in every season of life when you look back and think, I wish I had known that sooner. 

This Women Connect event brings together a multi-generational panel of women at different stages of life and leadership to share the advice they would give their younger selves—personally, professionally and everything in between. 

Through honest stories, thoughtful perspective and a few moments of humor, the conversation will explore how confidence evolves, how setbacks shape resilience and how growth often happens in seasons we never planned.
