In a world that praises the hustle, many women wear “busy” as a badge of honor—saying yes to every request and opportunity. But behind that full calendar often lies exhaustion, self-doubt and the quiet feeling of falling short on what matters most. 

Setting Unbreakable Boundaries: The Power of Your Best Yes is an invitation to pause and take back control of your time, energy and focus. 

Led by Kelsey Buell, founder of You Flourish Company, this session helps women move from overcommitment to intentional living. Through practical tools, reflection and real-life examples, Kelsey will guide you to identify your core values, filter decisions through a “question funnel,” and communicate boundaries with confidence, not guilt or burnout. 

You’ll learn how to: 

  • Evaluate whether your daily actions align with your personal and professional values 
  • Recognize what deserves your “best yes” and where to say “no” 
  • Use practical scripts for setting boundaries with honesty and grace 
  • Let go of guilt and show up with confidence and clarity 

You’ll leave with more than inspiration—you’ll gain a repeatable framework to protect your energy, strengthen relationships and execute with excellence in every area of life. 

Because when you know your “best yes,” you create space for your best self.



Women Connect is one of The Chamber’s monthly event programs designed to support the growth and development of professional women. Sessions are held on the fourth Tuesday of each month from 3:30 to 5 p.m. Doors open at 3 p.m. so there is time for optional networking. 

Each event features inspiring speakers covering topics relevant to women in the modern workplace. Beyond inspiration and education, attendees can network with peers and local leaders while indulging in delicious desserts and enriching their personal and professional growth.
