The Women Connect Celebration is more than an event—it’s a movement that brings together hundreds of women from across the region to elevate confidence, connection, and leadership.

This annual signature experience empowers professional women at every level of their career journey. Thanks to our premier sponsor Essentia Health, we can feature a keynote from a nationally recognized leader whose story ignites transformation—and this year, that leader is Evy Poumpouras.

A former U.S. Secret Service special agent and renowned expert in human behavior, Evy brings extraordinary real-world experience—from protecting U.S. presidents to conducting elite-level interrogations. She’ll equip you with the tools to read others clearly, express yourself with confidence, and lead with presence and purpose.

In her presentation, Evy will show you how to:

  • Decode body language: Decipher body language and nonverbal cues to understand people's true intentions and emotions.
  • Sharpen your verbal and nonverbal communication: Learn to enhance your ability to communicate clearly and confidently, both verbally and through body language.
