What if your workday was filled with tasks that energized you – because they aligned with what you do best? This interactive workshop explores the powerful link between personal strengths and employee engagement. When we understand and apply our natural talents, we experience greater motivation, satisfaction and success in any role. 

Through guided reflection, group discussions and practical tools, you will:

  • Explore how a strengths-based approach drives engagement and performance
  • Identify your unique strengths and how they show up in your work
  • Learn strategies to manage blind spots and areas of weakness 
  • Discover ways to advocate for and apply your strengths more intentionally 

This session will help you gain deeper insights into your strengths and equip you to bring your best self to work – every day. 

NOTE: This session is inspired by the CliftonStrengths Assessment, but taking it is not required. If you haven’t taken it, no worries – the session will still be valuable. If you have taken the assessment, please bring your report.

Women Connect is one of The Chamber’s monthly event programs designed to support the growth and development of professional women. Sessions are held on the fourth Tuesday of each month from 3:30 to 5 p.m. Doors open at 3 p.m. so there is time for optional networking. 

Each event features inspiring speakers covering topics relevant to women in the modern workplace. Beyond inspiration and education, attendees can network with peers and local leaders while indulging in delicious desserts and enriching their personal and professional growth.
